Robert L. Kraselnik, Principal
Mr. Kraselnik graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a double major in History and Classics. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Prior to establishing Kraselnik & Lee, PLLC, Mr. Kraselnik was associated with several major international firms, where he concentrated his practice on complex commercial litigation in a broad range of substantive areas including employment, products liability, insurance coverage, and disputes arising from breach of contract and fiduciary duty. He also has volunteered for federal agencies including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the United States Attorney's Office, Organized Crime and Racketeering Strike Force.
Mr. Kraselnik is admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey State courts, and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Kraselnik is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
C.K. Lee, Principal
Mr. Lee graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor,
with a double major in Biology and Chinese Language & Culture. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Prior to establishing Kraselnik & Lee, PLLC, Mr. Lee was associated with several major international firms, including Clifford Chance, Morrison & Foerster and Schulte Roth & Zabel. He was formerly a law clerk in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lee was also an investment banker with HSBC and is a published author.
Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in the New York State courts, and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Lee is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
